I’ve always been drawn to early-stage chaos — the part where nothing’s built yet and everything needs figuring out.
Most recently, I was the second full-time team member at a consumer brand, working alongside the founders to put every operational system in place as the company scaled. Within 8 months I’d moved into a VP role. By year three, the company had reached $4.6M in revenue, launched into 1,700 Walmart stores, and taken a new product line from concept to $2.3M projected.
Before that, I spent three years at a nonprofit — starting as EA to the Executive Director, moving into Director of Operations about a year and a half in, and eventually leading growth initiatives as Director of Growth. I was part of prototyping a new program and SaaS tool while building the operational foundation to support it.
Now I bring that experience to client projects — operations, systems, e-commerce, websites, marketing audits, tech stack modernization, rapid prototyping. I think in systems and I’m just as comfortable building a reporting dashboard as I am redesigning a website or scoping out an MVP.
